CANTINA NOW OPEN!

The Santa Fe Opera Cantina is now open, serving up breakfast and lunch six days a week.

Chef Jason Smith has created a menu that highlights traditional New Mexican cuisine including Birra tacos, burritos, and fajitas alongside innovative menu additions such as beef tips, Aji amarillo chicken and even a fresh made pizza day.

In the beautiful weather, the cantin features a beautiful patio with outdoor seating and will also host private events.
