Masterpiece Cuisine Catering is announcing its expansion into the State of New Mexico, with the award of a five-year contract with the Drury Plaza Hotel Santa Fe, the second such contract for the organization’s recently-launched Masterpiece Foodservice Group Division.

The Drury Plaza Hotel is a historic renovation, LEED® Certified, and offers unique accommodations like private terraces and premium suites. Drury Hotels is family-owned and operates more than 150 hotels across 25 states. The company earned the J.D. Power award for “Highest in Guest Satisfaction Among Upper Midscale Hotel Chains” for an unprecedented 15 years running.
Under the contract Masterpiece Cuisine will be operating and managing the hotel’s in-house, full-service restaurant on the first floor, along with meetings, conventions, banquets, weddings, and hotel room service.
Masterpiece Foodservice Group is the manifestation of co-owners Welc and Scott Mahan’s evolved vision to grow their 13-year-old off-premise catering company, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, in order to diversify the services it provides to now include hospitality, healthcare, and academia. The team of talented chefs specialize in using seasonal whole foods to create ideal menus.
